Terms and Conditions – no777 Pakistan Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and no777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the no777 website at no777.world, its sub-pages, gaming services, sports betting products, promotional offers, and all related services provided to players based in Pakistan.

By completing registration on no777, accessing any game or betting market, making a deposit, accepting any bonus, or simply browsing the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you accept them without reservation. If any part of these Terms is unacceptable to you, you must discontinue use of no777 immediately.

These Terms are written in English (en-PK) and apply to all players accessing no777 from within Pakistan. They supersede any previous terms published on this platform and take effect from the date displayed at the top of this page.

To register and use no777 you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

no777 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

Each player may hold only one registered account on no777. Opening duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all accounts associated with that player, with all balances and pending withdrawals forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested during the sign-up process. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

3.1 Account Security

Your no777 account password is your responsibility. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. no777 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify our support team immediately. no777 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the account holder failed to maintain reasonable security over their login details.

3.2 Account Verification

no777 may require identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any point, including before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other acceptable Pakistani government-issued identification. Processing times vary but we aim to complete verification reviews within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.

All financial transactions on no777 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). no777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversions.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

no777 currently accepts deposits via the following methods:

• NayaPay – digital wallet
• SadaPay – digital wallet
• Bank IBFT – inter-bank funds transfer via any Pakistani bank

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount at no777 is Rs 200. There is no general maximum deposit limit, though individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your no777 balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within sixty seconds for mobile wallet methods.

4.3 Deposit Source

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted and may result in the suspension of your account and the reversal of associated transactions. no777 does not accept deposits in cash or through any method not listed above.

Withdrawals from no777 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, or to a verified account in the player's own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

no777 aims to process all withdrawal requests within fifteen minutes of submission during normal operating hours. Requests requiring manual review (for example, those that trigger verification checks) may take up to 48 hours. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to extended processing.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Real-money deposits that have not been wagered at least once are subject to a processing fee or may be returned to the original payment method rather than released to a different account.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements detailed in Section 6. They cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
• no777 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure applied consistently, not a targeted action against any individual player.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

no777 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. The following general bonus rules apply across all no777 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your no777 account are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement multiplier is specified for each individual promotion (e.g. 20x, 30x). This means the bonus amount multiplied by the wagering requirement must be turned over in real-money bets before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Example: a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20x requirement means Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is available.

6.2 Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• no777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Where no777 identifies that a player has attempted to abuse a bonus or promotion, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be voided without prior notice.
• Certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.

All bets placed on no777 – whether on casino games, sports betting markets, PSL fixtures, the Aviator crash game, fishing games, or poker – are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or altered after it has been submitted and accepted by the no777 system.

7.1 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum bet amount across all no777 products is Rs 100 unless otherwise specified within a particular game or betting market. Maximum stake limits vary by game, market, and player account status. Maximum stakes are displayed within each game or market before the bet is placed.

7.2 Payout Accuracy

All game outcomes on no777 are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of provably fair games like Aviator, by publicly verifiable cryptographic algorithms. Payouts are calculated automatically and credited to your no777 PKR balance immediately upon settlement. In the event of a system error that results in an incorrect payout, no777 reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct the error, with full communication to the affected player.

7.3 Sports Betting Settlements

Sports betting markets, including PSL cricket markets, are settled based on official results published by the governing body. For PSL matches, the official result declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method in rain-affected games is the basis of settlement. Abandoned matches without a result are typically voided with stakes returned, unless stated otherwise in the specific market rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on no777 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation – providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility.
• Bonus abuse – creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated scripts to fulfil wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors to accumulate credits.
• Collusion – coordinating with other players in poker or any other game to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Money laundering – using no777 as a mechanism to deposit and withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming entertainment.
• Chargebacks – initiating payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider for deposits that were legitimately processed by no777. Any chargeback will result in immediate account closure and legal recovery action for the disputed amount.
• Software exploitation – using bots, automated betting scripts, exploit tools, or any software designed to give an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Unauthorised access – accessing another player's account without permission, attempting to breach no777's security systems, or interfering with the platform's normal operation.

no777 uses automated monitoring tools to detect prohibited activities. Where prohibited activity is detected, the platform may take immediate action including account suspension without prior notice.

no777 is committed to the wellbeing of all players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our responsibility to help players stay in control seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered no777 player:

• Deposit Limits – set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit to your no777 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits – set a cap on the amount you can lose over a defined period.

no777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account with immediate effect in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct
• Account holder found to be under 18 years of age
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the required timeframe
• Multiple accounts detected for the same individual
• Chargebacks initiated against no777 transactions
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 months (dormant account policy – a notification will be sent before any dormancy fee applies)

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach by the player, no777 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons not related to player breach (e.g. platform closure in a specific region), any balance will be returned to the player via their last used payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting no777 support at any time. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal criteria) will be refunded to the player.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of the platform
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, third-party system outages, or force majeure events
• Errors in odds or game outcomes caused by software bugs that have been promptly corrected
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate account security
• Decisions made by players in respect of their own betting activity

no777's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to death or personal injury caused by no777's negligence, or to fraudulent misrepresentation by no777.

no777 provides its gaming and betting services on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

no777 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material – meaning they substantially affect player rights or obligations – we will provide at least 7 days advance notice by email to the registered address on your account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the no777 platform.

Continued use of no777 after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using no777 and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance before the changes take effect.

Minor updates such as correcting typographical errors, clarifying existing policies without changing their substance, or updating contact information may be made without advance notice but will be reflected in the updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of no777's platform. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of no777, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The majority of account and payment queries are resolved quickly and informally through direct communication with our support team.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process will be provided to you by our support team upon request.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani consumer protection law.
